OMC SYSTEMS is proud to announce the release version 2.0 of their Incident Management System (IMS).

The IMS can track incidents relating to security, risk management, investigations, service calls, even IT Helpdesk issues!

Enter and interactively track a range of incidents and investigations from beginning to end. Easily and efficiently analyze and resolve issues across your entire organization, department, or team.

Capture the information for incident case management including incident details, location details, persons involved, external agency information, file attachments, vehicle data and free text entry fields for case notes.

The OMC IMS system is designed to be easy to use, and it can be used by several users and departments in an organization at the same time. It includes a full-featured dashboard view (sample screen shown below), which allows you to see at a glance what is being worked and what needs follow up. Features such as staff assignment of issues and the ability to attach any type of file to a case makes the IMS a robust product for organizations of all sizes!



OMC Systems utilizes the latest in .NET development tools and Microsoft SQL database technology, including a process where we can customize the look and functionality of many screens in the program to match the customers unique requirements.

The IMS system allows for data exporting via extracts to Excel and CSV files, and the data shown on most any screen can be exported to a Word or PDF report on the fly!

If you need to track issues and report on the details and numbers of issues that occur at your site, then the OMC IMS system is for you!

The current enterprise-class version runs as an ASP.NET based (web based) product using Microsoft IIS for the web server and Microsoft SQL 2008 Standard as the backend database. It also utilizes the Reporting Services features built into SQL Server to host its reports, and customers can use the freely available SQL Report Builder utility to build their own reports if desired and publish these reports into the Report Portal. 

OMC SYSTEMS can customize a quote for you - including turnkey services if needed (we can supply the server for the OMC IMS to run on). If you do not want to host the system on your own server at your location, we can offer external application hosting options for you! We can also customize the screens and reports to your preferences.
